Cooking Class – Squash 3 Ways

Klippers Organics Cooking Class Series continues! We are back Sunday March 24th from 2pm-4pm to work with our organic Squash.

Join Chef Ashley Hunter in a guided 2-2.5 hour long training session on Squash basics. We will steam/roast spaghetti squash to use as a gluten free, nutritious, everyday noodle. We will roast Red Curry/Kabocha squash with warm spices for salads and for soups like our Coconut Curry Soup. Finally, we will use a few different organic vegetables to make a vegan, gluten-free Squash Fritter that can be used for burgers, sandwiches, wraps and more! Level up your weekly meal prep with this power house of organic vegetables.

All participants will be receive the following:

– 2 hours of instruction and hands on cooking time.

– 3 take home recipe cards

– A selection of squash to take home. Coconut Curry Squash soup available at a discounted rate

– Focaccia bread add-on available for $7 – Savings of $1
