Similkameen Country is a non-profit organization providing Chamber of Commerce and Visitor Information Services for Keremeos and the surrounding communities of the Lower Similkameen. Our mission is to promote business, community and tourism development on behalf of the Lower Similkameen and our membership. Our goals are to support business and tourism in Keremeos by: fostering a strong local economy by conducting tourism and marketing campaigns; providing networking opportunities and business referrals; supporting the community by facilitating community events and festivals; representing the interest of business with local, provincial and federal governments; the operation of the Keremeos Visitor Centre; and encouraging tourism to and within our community. We are seeking a champion to join our team and help us grow to meet our goals.
